Announcing the First Dispatch from the Consortium of Personalization Professionals
The Consortium of Personalization Professionals (CPP) released its first official online publication following their second annual meeting in Washington, D.C. on April 13, 2018 where the group met to discuss the latest developments in the field and to explore creative strategies, profiling methodologies, operational models, methods for evaluating success, and other aspects of an evolving personalization practice.

Co-founded by TBG CEO John Berndt and Valtech VIP of Marketing Science Amanda Shiga, the CPP is a unique group of expert practitioners and thought leaders focused on moving the state of practice forward. The group aims to extend the reach of personalization practice, codify learnings from real-world personalization activities, develop vocabulary and methodologies for this new area of digital practice, and promote thoughtful discourse about personalization in digital media.
The CPP will convene next in October 2018 at TBG’s headquarters in Baltimore, MD to discuss the top-used personalization tactics in the industry today and their associated metrics and overall impact on business’ bottom lines and collaborate on a glossary of personalization terminology.
