Meet Steph: Super Sleuth & Eagle-Eyed Member of TBG’s Quality Assurance Team

An expert super sleuth and eagle-eyed bug tracker, Steph takes great pride in her work as an invaluable member of TBG’s Quality Assurance team. Each TBG project lifecycle isn’t complete without a carefully planned out and thorough QA bug tracking and fixing period, and Steph, along with the rest of TBG’s QA team, approaches the QA and training phase in a clear, precise, friendly, and compassionate manner. Her down-to-earth communication skills coupled with a keen eye for detail help ensure successful projects and site launches that are delivered bug free and on time. Steph’s ability to develop strong professional relationships with TBG’s clients helps create a clear and open communication path during QA, leading up to launch. Her lighthearted rapport with project teams sets a positive tone for smooth pre- and post-launch phases of our projects. A few of Steph’s clients include Penn Medicine, Chester County Hospital, Children’s National Hospital, Citadel, CHRISTUS Health, Medical University of South Carolina, and The Cordish Companies.

Steph’s previous background in sales, customer service and education provide a strong foundation to inform Steph’s QA focus at TBG. As a former special education teacher in Maryland and a sales associate for regional news media outlets (like WBAL and Baltimore City Paper), she seamlessly segued into working in the digital industry, QA’ing sites, creating training documentation, and working closely with clients. Steph strives to not only maintain the excellence of our client relationships, but also to advance and deepen those partnerships as much as possible throughout the QA phase of projects.

Outside of work, Steph is the ringmaster of her own lively circus; at home, she cares for chickens, dogs, cats, and fish, and she also makes time to hike, camp, canoe, see live music and make crafts, including knitting, painting, and home décor. As if she weren’t busy enough, she is also a freelance makeup artist, and she sticks to her roots in social service by doing local volunteer work, such as organizing food and clothing drives to help the homeless, particularly youth.
