TBG Wins Silver ADDY® for Children’s National Health Website
Site wins in the Digital Advertising Consumer Services Category
TBG (The Berndt Group), www.berndtgroup.net, a prominent and growing national digital agency located in Baltimore, MD, today announced that it has won a 2015 Silver ADDY® Award for its work on the Children’s National Health System website. The Silver ADDY® is a growing addition of awards the Children’s National site has won since its launch in 2014.
Each year, over 60,000 entrants compete for the world’s largest and toughest advertising competition. The ADDY® Awards represent the true spirit of creative excellence. Hosted by the American Advertising Federation through its 200 member advertising clubs and 15 districts, the ADDYs® is the creative awards program administered by the advertising industry for the industry.
After selecting TBG through a rigorous RFP process, Children’s National sought to develop a website that improved patient experience, improved physician satisfaction, and aligned with the health system’s updated branding. TBG developed Web strategy recommendations based on creative analysis and best practices research, in addition to a series of interviews with top stakeholders within Children’s National. This process enabled TBG to develop a new Web strategy, design, and user-driven, higher usability architecture for the site that resonates for all users, especially patients and their families. TBG continues to work with Children’s National to deepen integration, migrate and improve microsites, and making greater use of the Sitecore CMS platform. TBG’s work has also won the organization an Omni Award.
