The Baltimore Equitable Insurance Company has provided their unique (policyholders only have to pay once) Perpetual Homeowners Insurance since 1794. After 115 years in their historic building on Eutaw Street, Baltimore Equitable moved to the modern One Charles Center in downtown Baltimore. For this project, The Berndt Group gave Baltimore Equitable a new identity package to refresh their existing brand and to provide a clean, modern and sophisticated look for the historic company. We also designed the company's bi-annual newsletter, with the goal of reflecting the character and history of the company through a simple and classic design.
