Berndt Group Launches New Web Sites for citybizlist

BALTIMORE, MD—The Berndt Group worked with longstanding client, citybizlist, to make key technology, feature and design updates to the main site and existing communities, for a total of 22 sites in 11 markets. The new sites went live in December 2009.

citybizlist is a city-based network that includes business and real estate news, press releases, events, announcements/community, business services, jobs, blogs, etc. citybizlist is designed as the next generation local business news, networking jobs and tools platform preferred by C-level executives. citybizlist covers market-specific news, information and transactions related to venture capital, law, commercial real estate, banking, and filings with the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).

Launched 20 sites (including 6 new business sites, and 10 new real estate markets);

Added a filter for Inform Feeds allowing for easy tabbed viewing of relevant external news by publication (Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Financial Times, etc);
Twitter feed aggregator created on real estate sites to view the most recent real estate related news from various sources;
New design features user-generated content more prominently;
Created a national news section to feature news relevant across all markets.
