The Berndt Group is seeking an experienced Senior Web Project Manager for a full-time position. Project Management at The Berndt Group requires:

• Superb organizational, time management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to successfully function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment a must.
• Must be able to 'think on one's feet' and come up with creative and right-sized solutions for clients.

Project managers at TBG:

• Serve as the primary contact with clients
• Have general responsibility for the success of projects
• Manage internal resources in collaboration with the company directors
• Report financial projections to the Director of Account Management
• Manage all administrative aspects of the project (billing, timelines, etc)
• Manage the deliverables on projects (generating the deliverables as well as ensuring the project site for the project is up-to-date with deliverable postings at all times)
• Maintain the project's timeline and budget
• Work to develop ongoing business with existing clients

Position requires a high attention to detail and the ability to lead project teams, serving as the internal manager as well as the primary point of contact with clients. The ability to work well with others in a team environment as well as showing individual leadership and initiative is important.

We are looking for someone who has proven experience concepting Web projects from inception to launch. Successful candidates will have:

• Solid experience in strategic consulting
• Development of Information Architectures and wireframes
• Development of Functional Requirements for technical projects
• Experience working with content management systems

A successful Project Manager will have the following technical skills:

• Proficiency in all MS Office applications including MS Project
• HTML editing, writing/editing
• A general knowledge of business, marketing, and technology fields
• Experience with Adobe (Dreamweaver, Contribute) and Visio software
• Candidates should have experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously

Candidates must have at least 3 years of continuous industry experience in Web design (or comparable) project management. Candidates should be able to demonstrate current capabilities that are comparable to our existing standards. The Berndt Group will not pay for relocation costs.
